Vajikaran Food and Diet: Aphrodisiac and Analeptic Ayurvedic Remedies

Biovatica.Com receives many emails from youngsters and middle-aged men who generally ask us to provide details about the Ayurveda remedies for sexual health, which can be easily prepared at home. In response to those messages we are listing here some of the best vajikarana home remedies which can be prepared at home and which have the Aphrodisiac and analeptic qualities.

Before presenting the Vajikarana foods and remedies, we would like to speak about 2-3 things which are associated with vajikarana remedies. So that, users can get the full advantages and health benefits of these vajikarak or vajikarana remedies. You must be aware that if the right thing used in a wrong way, or is used in a wrong manner, then it does not give appropriate, right or desired results. The same thing is applied in the use of vajikarana remedies. Sometimes we receive emails where users have written that they did not get expected results, or in some cases, no results after using some vajikarana remedies. Now we, at Biovatica.Com have met some Ayurveda experts and Vaidyas who have successfully got their patients use these vajikarana Ayurveda remedies in their direction and care and their patients started jumping like a horse within 2 to 3 months of taking these vajikarana remedies. So, we would like to give few hints to the users who send us these complaining emails.

Let us first understand the meaning and origin of the word “ Vajikarana ”. The origin of the word Vajikarana lies in this Sanskrit shloka ;-

" वाजं शुक्रं ना वाजं अवाजम वाजिक्रियते इति वाजिकरनम "

Which means, fulfilment and strengthening of shukra dhaatu (sperm, mineral or element) in the body of a person whose shukra dhaatu (sperm, mineral or element) has become weak or withered, is called vajikarana. When all seven elements of the body are present in full quantity or body is filled with all seven dhaatus or elements, then they increase the power, strength, intellect, vigour, virility and luster. Hence, it is said:-

" यशं श्रीयम् बलं पुष्टि वाजिकरणमेव तत् "

Which means, the use of those ayurvedic remedies that help the body get back its prestige, prosperity, grace, luster, power, strength and energy are called Vajikarana.

Before starting the use of vajikarana remedies, user should think about his/her digestion capacity and the season/weather. First, take corrective measure to purify your digestion system and digestive health and when the season is appropriate and right, only then start taking vajikarana remedies in an appropriate manner and right quantity. Otherwise, instead of getting positive health benefits from these vajikarana remedies, you may get negative results. Even if you do not lose anything, but not gaining something is also a type of loss. When body's digestion power is good and strong, crap evacuation is done properly, there is no constipation , aahar-vihar (eating habits and diet regimen) and aachar-vichaar (thoughts, thinking , mind control and behaviour) are good, weather is not hot but cool and pleasant, only then use of vajikarana remedies give the maximum and desired health benefits. That is why winter season and cool places are necessary and useful for the use of vajikarana remedies.
